Rachelle Johnson came to present informtation on the budget set by the state. She expressed her concern for Public Education. She taught us about what goes into making the budget and how quickly things change behind closed doors. Today's program brought more gloom than cheer as we reflected on where we once were, to where we are, and where we would to be in all areas of education.
